On April 24th, 70 women in tech, software & automotive came together in Berlin for a day of leadership, learning, and genuine connection — expertly guided through the day by our wonderful moderators Anja Ziepa and Isabelle Hoyer. 🙌

Tina Zschau opened with a keynote that set the tone for everything that followed: why authenticity isn't just a soft skill — it's your strongest career advantage.
The afternoon was packed with real talk from women who've been there: Rosemary Joshy took us into the future of AI-driven software development, Sandra Skorjanc shared how courage and strong networks shape non-linear careers, and Evgenia Youett challenged us to look inward and examine the biases we all carry.
The closing panel "From Code to Boardroom" with Lena Gevers, Julia Imlauer, and Stephanie Levy was a masterclass in what it really takes to grow from technical expert to strategic leader — honest, bold, and full of real talk.
